Today I needed to send flowers to Rome NY for a funeral. I called and visited several of the internet floral shopping sites and found that I could save at least $20 on the exact same arrangements ordering directly from Olneys Flowers. But what was even better- was their genuine concern , as I was 1000 miles away ,and help with placing of my order and the info on the delivery. I hung up the phone at ease and with a comfortable feeling that my flowers would arrive on time and to the correct place. I would highly give my recommendations to Olney's. In fact , when I hung up- I called others who had planned to send flowers long distance also.
